It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. James Lewis (Candy) Bell, age 65, of Decatur, Georgia, who entered into his eternal rest on April 16, 2023. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, April 21, 2023 at 2:00pm at Straight Life Pentecostal Church 4228 Glenhaven Drive Decatur, Georgia
