It is with deepest sympathy that we announce the passing of Mrs. Carrie Morine "Betty" Hammond, age 94, of Marietta, Georgia, who entered into her eternal rest on May 6, 2026.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Mt. Zion Baptist Church 2642 Hawthorne Avenue SE Smyrna, Georgia 30080. Mrs. Hammond was the piano player for Mt. Zion Baptist Church n Smyrna, Georgia for over 70 years.
