It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Eva Louise Delay, age 97, of Powder Springs, Georgia, who entered into her eternal rest on June 9, 2023.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 16, 2023 at 11:00 AM in The Evelyn Samples Shelton Memorial Chapel of Hanley Shelton Funeral Home.
