It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ms. Ouida Fantroy, age 84, of Douglasville, Georgia, who entered into her eternal rest on November 17, 2023. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, November, 24, 2023 at 1:00 PM from The Hanley-Shelton Chapel.
